Community Overview


University Green Town Homes are centrally located in the Clear Lake area, just minutes from Johnson Space Center, the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Kemah, and I-45. 

We are a small, friendly community, with convenient access to excellent schools, shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation and quality medical services.

Our Town Homes are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who employ both a permanent office staff and exterior maintenance crew.
